Hi, this casino not answering olny for me?
Before I had 2 cashouts normal,now they didn't answering to my email ~2days and no payment after 5days.

1-st my cashout was ~15 euro I cashouted them into skrill account and I get it after ~24hours. 2-nd was ~110euro I try cashout to neteller get it in ~8 days maybe. 3-rd waiting my 100 euro - 5days now. :)

 

How long is their pending period according to your own observations? Anywhere between 1 and 10 days? :rolleyes:

I've had problems too in this casino never got my winnings! Gave up in the end

 

 

Have you tried submitting a complaint against them? Sometimes miracles do happen actually. ;) And we manage to resolve almost impossible cases... You should never ever give upon a casino which is trying to cheat on you! Never!

No I didn't I didn't think it was worth wasting your time, well I don't think I did anyway. It was ages now anyway and I ended up just spending the money then lol.

You are right valDes!Sometimes miracles do happen but only sometimes!Not applicable to my situation!And believe me,my case wasnt impossible!It was a very simple case,sent them copy of my ID,they sent me e-mail that they closed my account and thats all! :(  :(

Ok!I hope ValDes dont mind!

I created my account at Goldbet casino from askgamblers because of the 200% deposit bonus+free spins on South Park slot!I made a deposit of 10 euro and I received 20 euro bonus!With 30 euro to play,I started the Silent Run slot!After I completed the wagering requirements,my account balance was showing 47 euro!I contacted the support via live chat to ask them if any verification is needed before to request an withdrawal!They told me to send copy of my identity card!I sent them the copy of ID and I waited!Next day I received e-mail from them!They told me that they closed my account because I didnt completed the verification!lol!I contacted the live chat to ask them for an explanation!but they told me that they dont have this information and I have to reply to the e-mail that I received from them!I replied to that e-mail and they answered me with the same copy-pasted message!I think I have sent 10-15 e-mails and they replied with the same message!Basically they cheated me,they dont want to give me my money,money that I won honestly!
