LordCronal
Well, for some reason when I first post link, it makes link also text what I am going to wrote after my link, so second message... Quite surprising news, have to say and the most interesting is that Playtech is partner our state-gambling monopoly, so maybe state asked Playtech to do that and ppaid alot also and in future Finnish people would play Playtech-games only in state-owned firm...Well, that does not concern me anyway, because I never play Playtech-games in my own money. cocopop3011 and Luciana
Luciana
Hey Lord, thanks for sharing this with us! I heard it today from EuroPartners' manager, wanted to post a big news, but you forestalled me! So, this Netherlands & Finland restriction applies only to the new players and doesn't anyhow affect existing ones! What do you think caused this decision of EuroPartners? Hi dearest Luciana, I am an existing player at Casino Tropez, have deposited many times allthough a few a years back, but I cannot log in anymore. I guess also existing players are affected. LordCronal
I have account in many Playtech-casinos, but after registration and that no depo-bonus I have almost never logged in and never made deposits, so like I said that does not concern me, but I read from one Finnish gambling-forum that so many have got many mails from Playtech casinos that account will be closed and deposits from Finland are not acceptable anymore, so seems that in many casinos it concerns also existing players. I am not sure about Netherlands, but in Finlands case reason really might be our gambling monopoly.RAY (short for Raha-automaattiyhdistys, Finland's Slot Machine Association) is a states gambling monopoly and they uses Playtech-soft, so very propably they have paid and lobbied that they would be only one in Finland who would have potential to offer Playtech games in Finland. RAY and some politicians have often demanded that foreign operations should get out of working in Finland, but they cannot do nothing, except in Playtech-case, because they can always stop co-operation with Playtech.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raha-automaattiyhdistys
Luciana
Hmmmm, that's not nice! Saying that it applies only to new customers and then let it affect existing ones! Anyway, the reason is the one I though - Due to pending regulations within these countries, Finland and Netherlands! Winner Casino also mentioned something similar - "I was just informed that Winner Casino is gradually getting out of NL due to new regulations"

Winner Casino also mentioned something similar - "I was just informed that Winner Casino is gradually getting out of NL due to new regulations" What? , Oh no. That's terrible news for me . The dutch government means real business with online gambling. Terrible, because at this time there still is no legal online alternative. Probably they want us back to the landbased casinos, wich are owned by state and where the gambling tax can be collected. Personally I think banning online gambling is unlawful in accordance to EU legislation. Oh Luciana pffff.... hard times for dutch gamblers. ValDes
Yeah, shi** happen...unfortunately..actually more often as of lately...especially in the gambling business! While 'mother' Europe is busy with the crysis, some of her naughty 'children' like Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and apparantly Netherlands in this case, are trying to make the life of the ordinary gambler as hard as possible! Luckily, the Bulgarian Government is now on its way to change its previous policy regarding online gambling in 180% and give us some fresh air! ValDes
That monopoly what is in Finland seems to be even against EU-rules, BTW... LordCronal
Of course...I wonder if we are now in EU, why Finland have to take only bad things from it. Why we cannot take also anti-monopoly of gambling, more free alcohol-policy etc...

LordCronal
Only what we got was Euro, economic problems, stupid directives from Bruxelles and Schengen.
Luciana
Hah, Serbia will never be ready for the EU..but, after your complaints, maybe it's even better! Our economy is disaster anyway and we are led by grumpy, bad politicians for decades..can't imagine how bad it would be to have another plunderer breathing on our neck! Of course, it's nice to have civilised rules and to travel free, without any stops or visas (we used to need visa for almost all other countries since a few years ago.. still need for the UK and Ireland), but to be another milking cow to leading EU countries is not a brightest future... Anyway, I've heard something else! GoWild Casino noticed me that they have to remove all the material that include Playboy, due to patent reasons Sorry guys! Just to let you know! helenakp and LordCronal
ValDes
As a matter of fact, I do believe that joining of my country to EU is probably the best thing that happen to Bulgaria since the end of the Communist regime. But I definitely agree with the part with politicians. I think that we, the Balkan countries, may be 'proud' with some of the most disgusting political elite worldwide! As for the Playboy slot, I've heard rumours about this slot being restricted to Canadians but as usual the source, who is suppose to shed some light over the matter, Microgaming, is so quite... LordCronal
Well, I also support free travel, but I think that some limits have to be. In Finland we have every summer, and still even in winter, alot of homeless people from Balkans because of that and I dont understand if they are so poor and no food even, how they can travel to Finland and do nothing. helenakp
Luciana
Hahaha, that really is a good question! Collecting money for a ticket, to be homeless in Finland?! I saw a similar situation in Athens, one of their main squares, Sintagma is a very dangerous part of the city, full of homeless people from Pakistan and similar countries.. Many of them are sleeping on the ground, everywhere on the square, having a drug issues and being drug addicts! LordCronal

In Finland we have every summer, and still even in winter, alot of homeless people from Balkans because of that and I dont understand if they are so poor and no food even, how they can travel to Finland and do nothing. Let's face the truth. Most of these people you are talking about Lord, they are gypsies and they are doing in Finland exactly what they are doing in Bulgaria and all over the Europe - complaining and begging instead of getting a job and try to fight honestly for their bread just as we all do! Simple as that. LordCronal
LordCronal
I know that very well, and most comes from Bulgaria and Romania. Some even from Ireland (Irish Travellers, though they are not gypsies actually). Have to say that some people have offered even job for them in here, for example picking berries in farms, but they refuse to do that. Once after whole-day begging, I saw group of them going to play slot-machines, so so poor people... ValDes
