Sharon told me about this promotion so i just thought i would let you know that i claimed it yesterday. I was eligable for the offer after singing up through your link.

 

I spoke to live help first and she told me you simply have to deposit £25 or more into your sports account and then load any NETENT slot. I just thought I would let anyone know reading this when you load the slot it comes up with a box asking you how much you want to transfer to that specific slot and then next to that there is a little box you can tick saying 'enable auto withdrawalks'. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR WHOLE DEPOSIT £25 INTO THAT BOX THE FIRST TIME to get the £50 bonus on top.

 

This appears everytime you load a new slot but what you need to do is go to your account before you load your next game. Go to automatic depoisit and select how much of your bonus you want to use everytime you load a slot. Its easier to just set it to 100% so you always play with your full balance and if you then tick the 'enable auto withdrawals' you will no longer have to do it on every new slot.

 

If you dont set it to 100% it will take whatever % you chose along with the bonus to that slot for you. If you want to add the rest of your balance just click 'get more funds' underneath, then press spin and the rest of your bakance will be added.

Once you know how it works it's actually easy! I worked it out not him. He kept putting £1 in the box and then wondering where all his money had gone hahahaha!

1) Copy and paste in the chat with AMY the link to this exclusive bonus from our forum.

2) If she is not capable to cope with the situation at the moment, suggest her to forward this issue to her superiors. 

3) Try to explain the whole situation again, as detailed as possible, be patient with the chat agent.

3) Stay cool and dont say anything you might later regret for.

 

If your issue is not resolved in a day or two, then you'd better send me a PM and we will try to cope with it. ;)

I have already published your complaint earlier this morning. So, suppose we will soon understand what is going on here and most important why it is going like that. In my humble opinion, it will turn out to be some tiny, irritating misunderstanding after all.

Valdes it has to turn out to be their fault OK,!! Lol because I have told him everything he had to do, I told him what the terms were and everything so I simply cannot be wrong haha, I'll never live it down!. I know exactly what they are going to say...they will say that their terms state if your balance reaches €1 or less then your bonus is forfeited, so then they will say you would have used the bonus money up so claim the free spins then and you will have a positive balance to play them!!! But they know full well that is not how their terms are worded, and the fact he specifically asked live help before he deposited out rules their terms. But neither of us hold any hope on this one. They covered themselves in the way they worded it so they had no intention of giving the free spins in my eyes anyway.

 

It's not very often cocopop gets angry ... But I don't like it when you are led under false pretences to spend your hard earned money for a casino that only has their interest at hearts. That's all I have to say on the matter...and thank you for taking on his complaint so quickly, I told him to do it out of principle. I know that it will come back as we are in the wrong..

I know the whole story, Bogdan contacted me a few times.. and all the times I contacted their representative, but they are so persistent with their final decision! They are constantly repeating his documents are false and don't give up on that :( I have no idea how to help more!
