If you run into an issue, support is useless. I attempted to redeem $3000 multiple times, only to have them marked as failed. I contacted support and they said the processor is down and I cant redeem. I used most of the funds ofcoarse. They said they would make it right after, but refused to do anything more then say sorry. Stay away!!!

I'm not sure the casino is completely at fault here, did you decide to run down the funds instead of waiting until the issue was fixed?
