GALA Casino have to be the worst site on the net?

I cannot believe how awful that site is, they put ridiculous wagering requirements on the site, if you try to delete them you lose your winning's. I genuinely have a migraine from trying to get my head around the way they work and the way they treat customers, absolutely appalling.....

Can you be more precise with such a disappointment in Gala Casino? Do they owe you something or it's just a bad luck?

Except this time they tried to steal from me!!!

Thats right Gala casino, a well known UK casino.

My story....i was playing £5 spins on Halloween Fortune and after a few spins i hit the bonus on cauldrons, ok i picked a bad witch and was given 5 free spins but the magic potion was X10 (equivalent to £50 per spin) but then i receive a message on my screen, i have been disconnected from the servers.

I close the game and reload immediately only to find the bonus has gone and my balance never changed.

I tried to check gaming history but this didn't work and came up as a blank page on chrome and IE9.

Contacted support and they told me they could refund me £5 haha very funny.

Ok maybe i won nothing from the free spins but this wasn't the case as i complained to the point were the tech team managed to locate my bonus and eventually awarded it to me 2 days later, i won £375 from the free spins.

Gala is a horrible casino to me and their support is just as bad. (personal opinion)

What you have said above is quite disturbing I must admit!

 

A decent and reputable online operator, which Gala claims to be, simply cannot afford two days to resolve such a simple case?!   Probably the case was delayed due to Playtech. They are well known being not that fast when it comes to resolution of such software related issues... By the way, I still wait for a decent response of an answer, I asked Playtech back in 2010...

I was losing my balance at GALA, closing the game i lost with then immediately making a £50 deposit, as soon as my deposit was processed my balance on the home screen was showing £48.50.

Why would they steal a measly £1.50, when i contacted live chat to ask they said that i had just done a £1.50 spin but this couldn't have been the case as i closed my recent game before making the deposit!! very odd, had i been doing more expensive spins at the time i would have been worse off.

Also i claimed a 10% blazing cashback promotion on Monday.

My total profit stood at -£1100 but i had lost £200 or so after midnight Wednesday (when the promo ende) so all in all my cashback should have been £90. (10% of £900)

I log in the next day and they award me £58 cashback!, once again i load up live chat and am told that i lost £710 after the promotion ended, the rep awards me £13 difference bonus, i tell them that whoever is doing their maths needs to sort it out and that i will not be coming back here.
