I too am waiting and have been waiting since Aug for my payouts.  I feel as though I am receiving the run around.  The two withdrawals have been approved and sent to the processor several times .  There is no way of finding out when a check will be issued.  Has anyone had this same problem and what can I do to be assured that Im going to receive my money?

Yes, I'm afraid Cool Cat and the rest of the Virtual group casino probably do not have the best reputation when it come to payments, processed in a timely and troublefree manner, but... i signed up last week by coolcat casino  and for trying the games i get a 100 to play

 

withdraw is possible for 100 when you played it 4000X around  , i get lucky and played it 4000X around and have 150,46 in my account

 

so i requested a withdraw for 100  but after a few days still no answer for my ducuments to send , i,ll try the 24 hours helpdesk no success there is nowbody to help you and then all is gone  my withdraw is gone and the money i have left to play is gone

Oh dear, sorry to be the one who's bringing the bad news, but in my humble opinion you are just at the beginning of a long saga getting your cashout...
