Hi

 

Im a newbie.

 

I took a break from gambling for a few years and self excluded as it wasn't fun. I decided tonight to have a flutter and limit myself to £100

 

So I put in £10 lost it, £40 lost it, finally put £50 and won £222 I thought great. then suddently It said for security reasons I had to login again.. no probs. So I logged in again and it kept saying my account details were not right... but I know they were.

 

Now im really worries I cant get my money back out

 

any advice appreciated

1. Did you contact the casino support? If so, what did they tell you?

2. Was the self-exclusion permanent?
