I'm from Hungary!

 

The 21grand casino and the  Supreme play casino blocked my account because (they answered me via e-mail):

Sorry for your trouble! I will check with them.. We haven't received any country updates for these casinos!

 

Can I help you somehow, did you have some troubles/loses as the consequence of the restriction?

Well, somehow I felt it's not true :)

 

I won some money in these casinos. (exapmle in 21grand 2500 eur) I used always bonuses (maybe it is the problem) :)

They payed out everything without any problems ( true with some delay, but payed)

Well, I deposited to Rival casinos about 1500 eur....

 

Except Play2win, where i won 600 eur! (Cashout req. are met, so It means enough WAGERING), but after with this money I just played Black Jack for fun, where I lost some money, but They didnt give me the approx. 550 eur, coz Black Jack is not allowed game while bonus is active :((( (It's happened after the WAGERING! (So I didnt want to cheat or anything)

But The financial department was very strict, and not flexible : :unsure:  :wacko:  :blush:

(I have got long e-mail story)

 

And now in some Rival casinos "NO Promotions available" for me!

Hi Vartyi,

If indeed you played through wagering requirements, then I find this a very poor excuse from the casino not to pay you. How can a bonus be active when you've played it through? Sad but true some casino's use unjustified reasons for not paying out.  Anyway, I hope you still get your money. Good luck :good: !!

To be completely honest, I'm a bit confused here. In the first post, you claim having troubles with some casinos, then in the second post it appears they have paid you, then some other casinos are mentioned?! :unknw:

 

I would recommend you to use our completely free complaint service in case you are having troubles with an online casino. Just be sure, you've read all the terms and conditions prior submitting a complaint. ;)

21grand casino payed out everything what I won!!! (No money problem)

 

Supreme casino:

Well, when i finished the wager, the bonus is active!

It is Rival casino system! :(

But fortunaetly, His (rival) system show every spin, so i can calculate every spin to the wager (what i have done) , so they cant lie about that, but THEY HAVE DONE IT!!

I have got the datas about that!
