THE DARK KNIGHT

Hi Cocopop3011,

Very cool question :)

I would guess that in the old days when knight's were around, people did make use of today's silent "K".

But as usual (you see many examples with today's slang) people were lazy or found it difficult to pronounce the whole word. So slowly slowly "K" became a silent word.

How does that sound? :D

Kind Regards

Constantine

I'm surprised that such a fan of google like you might ask a question as the above one?! :p

That's because she's not in the mood to let her fingers do some google walking!  :D
