Withdraw error

Hello everyone,

 

Has anyone encountered the 6321 error code when trying to withdraw on 5Gringos? It doesn't accept any withdrawal methods – neither bank transfer nor payment to FUN ID.

If anyone has faced a similar issue, could you possibly offer some help?

Support is not handling the situation very well.

I was told to clear my cookies and it would work, but that didn’t solve the problem.

Then support asked for my IBAN to process the withdrawal manually, but they didn’t accept Revolut, so the process got stuck.

Then Maybe you should do a Normal Bank transfer? What did you deposit with? Have you tried a different browser?

I tried everything, but nothing worked.

To be honest, I don’t understand why, because I’ve managed to withdraw before.

The deposit was made using the FUN ID app, but now it doesn’t allow withdrawals there either.

Did you manage to have any luck with this withdrawal, it's been a while since you last posted us an update?
