Can't view response to complaint

I received an email stating that I had a response to my complaint but it won't even allow me to view it. This website a whole scam too huh?

What do you mean it won’t let you view it? What error are you getting please?

Whenever I click on "view complaint" or click on the notification in the notification bar it just takes me to the main page. Your live chat doesnt  work either so this is just a whole fake setup I guess.

Can you show the screenshot of the error? Before clicking view complaint and after.

Nope, our live chat is closed for two days because they have a national holiday.

You are accessing our site from a restricted country so you will need to turn on your VPN to view the complaint.

It’s because he is accessing AG from a restricted country, it will always direct him to the home page.
