I can’t see if my complaint has been posted

When I click on “Submit Complaint”, I don’t see any sign confirming that the complaint has been submitted — it just brings me back to the initial complaint page. Is this normal?

Should there be an animation confirming the submission of the complaint after I click on “submit”?

@Boadicea1863 When you go to the complaints page, did you check to see if you're signed in?

Sometimes an error may occur and you need to sign in again. You should also inform @cocopop3011 if this issue persists so that the team can check it out for you.
