I don't think there is nee to rub salt I the wound, I think she knows she is in the wrong. We are all going to have different opinions on his matte,maybe because I'm in the customer service environment with my work and I'm uses to angry people I can take it on my stride...some people can't. I agree partly what u said Valdes Susan was offered free spins as a gesture of goodwill which she accepted the matte should have ended there not escalated to another row with live help.

 

Also in my experience of playing online, 99.99999% of the time its the casinos that are in the right. If u didnt get paid for a win its most probably because u is play didn't place the bet like u thought u did and if in any doubt then u should take a screen shot before continuing with your next bet.
