WOW. I have always had good words to say about Redbet, but they really are phenomenal. They are on the ball with their withdrawals. I always get my money the same day but I just made a withdrawal and the money was in my money-bookers an hour later!! ONE HOUR. You can't fault that.

And even though I've had a few harsh words about Guts casino, my recent withdrawal makes me think if they can follow in Redbets footsteps then they are on their way to the top.

Thanks so much Marcin for the free spins. It was a lovely surprise when I looked In and found out I could use them on any NetEnt slot, I thought they were just on starburst. I used mine on Muse and I won £9.46!!! Whoop whoooop

 

But then I lost it all on space wars lol.

iwas very happy with redbet with maybe 100 deposits and  maybe 50 cashouts pretty fast.

 

 

but now im in trouble with a small roulette bet deposit 100 euros ( ibet 2€ on zero and 2€ on the 2) (live roulette)   the 2 won and the win of 72€ was not credited!

 

and its really scary how the "great support" now speaks too me, always iwill rejected, no one wants see this -no help - nothing

 

im really scared and can tell you its like day and night - if you have a problem like this you will rejected everytime -no help really scary

That's unusual for Redbet, not to be helpful, but I do know what you mean. Did you take a screen shot Susan at the time? Because if you got proof that you placed the bet on that number and it wasn't credited surely by law they have to then honour that ?

 

I will say though its very unusual not for a win to be credited, I don't personally play roulette but I know with slots I play especially the multiplayer slots, when I get free spins sometimes it doesn't show but then once i do a spin its there. Did you contact live help straight away?

I hope you manage to get it sorted...maybe Marcin could help.

 

I don't want to put a downer on the situation but times where I have had winnings void, a few hundred quid because apparently I was in breach of their terms, which has happened a few times, I have argued with them till I'm blue in the face but it doesn't get you anywhere even if you do have proof. But this only happens with the type of casinos that should even have a license, if its happened to anyone you will know exactly what type of casinos I'm talking about. But it's very unusual for this type of behaviour to come from a casino so reputable as Redbet and I'm sure there will be some explanation.

no its unusual to take every spin a screenshot, ibet like before in thousands of bets iplay online casinos since 2008

 

mostly ladbrokes and 32red, sometimes betfred (only the best ones)

 

and until yesterday iwas very very happy with redbet, but now its hard when the live chat just reject you and disconnected the chat and told, any further only with email

 

they say they dont have a record of that and only see the 2euros on zero and not on the winning number 2 wich appeared 2times in a row

(someone experienced the same?)

 

and its really scary too see this because its only a small winning bet (2€)  -(72€) great ilost many hundereds ideposit before hundereds and its okay to me to lost

 

but im very angry they reject me now everytime and dont want help and only saying NO SORRY no records

 

if you have no issues redbet is great, if you have an issue like that redbet is terrible as iexperienced yesterday :-(
