The country from where you played, is gambling legal and is gambling legal in your entire country or only in certain regions? Is gambling regulated in your country? Also is crypto legal and regulated in your country? I can say yes to all of your questions. Quote
Blackjax Posted March 18 Posted March 18 @Anand99 are you from India? If yes then Gambling is not legal in India barring a few states. Also crypto is not fully legal in India. The government has no policy regarding Cryptos. So gambling with crypto also falls in grey area. Plus there is 35% tax on gains from Gambling. If you take this matter to Indian court or international court you will lose. Do your calculations, total deposits minus total cashouts. Whatever your losses are try to get back at least 50 to 75%. Dont expect anything more. Quote

Crypto is fully regulated in my country. Im fully aware of what actions am able to take in the future if I won't get 100% of my funds. Total deposit minus cash outs it's roughly 35 000$ I still have 3460 weekly cash back there which is 10% mate. My country even provides one of the best gambling licenses for the casinos so.. Quote
