Deposit Limits

I set a deposit limit of £50 at Casino 770 yesterday.  I lost this and the site let me reset another limit until I spent £300 on the same day.  I thought if you set a limit you have a cooling off period of a minimum of 24 hours.  Is this the legilsation within LGA Malta who Casino 770 is licenced with.

Yes, 24 hours should be the minimum amount of time if a change in limits has been applied!

You may try, but to be completely honest, I don't believe they will refund you in anyway. A brief look at their complaint history here at AskGamblers.com is another strong argument for my observation!

Is Casino 770 not following the legislation of Malta licensing in not allowing for the 24 hour cooling time.  As surely if it is a set deposit limit for a day, week or month.  Otherwise what is the point of having a deposit limit.  When I rang their customer service they said that you can change the deposit limit as many times a day.

 

All other sites do not allow this.

You can submit an official complaint against the casino in front of LGA Malta then.Although I doubt it will change something, since this licensing juridiction is known to be quite "soft" with gambling operators...

Perhaps it is not a bad idea to take a look at this guide - Casino licensing, regulation and certification – are they really so important?
