WINNER CASINO stalling payment, what to do?

Trinidan

Recommended Posts

Hey All,

Im a frequent player at winner casino with VIP status but I never had much luck
despite the £1000’s I have spent in on this casino. However, 3 weeks ago I deposited approximately £2000 without taking any bonus and over 4 days I managed to generate some winnings and now have over 10 pending withdrawals totaling over £30,000. I have sent them notrarized
copies of my ID an address since last week yet I still cant see any of my
withdrawals being processed.

Can anyone
advise how I should deal with this matter?

Many thanks

Hi Trinidan and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum! :)

I would suggest you to read first this guide here as a start - SOS, I got troubles with my casino, what to do?

Then, if you still having troubles with your casino, perhaps would be better to submit a complaint using our completely free complaint system! Please read carefully all the terms prior submitting a complaint! ;)

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Hey ValDes,

Many thanks for your previous response.

I have another question.

In your experience is it usual that online casinos delay large payouts i.e. > 40K becuase of processing and security purposes? or is it just another stalling tactic?

I find it very difficult to accept that a casino take 4-5 weeks to process a payment

Many thanks in advance

Hi again Trinidan.

I think the answer of your question could be found here, at the Terms and Conditions of Winner casino:

8.4.4 You are aware of and agree for the following withdrawal policy:
While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out from the Casino, there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn at one time, in any 30 days period based on the following category:

(i) For United Kingdom residents:

-Upon receipt of a withdrawal request a maximum of £10,000 will be processed after 4 business days.
-A maximum of £40,000 will be processed 10 business days after the initial 4 business days.
-Withdrawals will be processed up to a maximum of £50,000 in any 30 days period.

(i) For non UK residents:

At present, the maximum amount (the "Maximum") is set at 9000 GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, CHF or 50,000 DKK, SEK, NOK, ZAR, in any 30 days period. If the amount to be withdrawn is greater than what is permitted, the amount in excess of the maximum will be returned to the player's account, allowing the player to withdraw additional funds when it is next permitted in accordance with this term.
The foregoing applies also to Withdrawals of progressive jackpots. Withdrawals depend on all conditions specified above and the verification of all required documents as set forth in clause 9.4 below.

I don't have an idea if your current VIP status could could speed the whole process at the particular casino, but in my humble opinion it definitely should! ;)

Hey ValDes,

Thanks for your response

I did send the VIP team an email this morning stating those exact rules on the T&C's and I did mention it was now 5 weeks since my 1st withdrawal... their response was, because of the size of the withdrawal they need more time to ensure security procedures were met ... I really dont get that

Thats sounds like total nonsense to me... im really trying to be professional about this but i feel like im getting the run around

I know what you are talking about and I completely understand how you're feeling right now! :( But, you must stay cool and calm no matter how serious the situation really is, do not let the emotions overwhelm you and keep sticking to your normal and polite behaviour when communicating with the casino in question.

Also be aware, that many online operators are really experiencing some financial difficulties in the last couple of years, due to the awful crisis and so on, although 40K should be nothing for a decent casino?!

My advice would be to give the guys there one more week to sort the things out. 6 weeks should be more than enough in my humble opinion. Just stay cool and don't take actions, you might regret for later! ;)

Let us know what happened and if you need further assistance.
