beth115
For the past couple of weeks support confirms they are having trouble with a processor. Your deposit will be deducted immediately from your bank account or shown as a pending charge on your credit card but will not be credited to your account. Happened to me twice and fortunately it was finally credited, but support advised me that some players deposits were not credited at all. And, when I asked how the casino was returning the players money, they didn't know. In my experience if you used debit or credit and the processor doesn't finalize the transaction within 3 business days the bank will return the amount to your available balance, if you used debit or to your available credit if you used a credit card. If that doesn't happen, the casino must either deposit the amount to your casino account or you will have to dispute the transaction as a last resort. Just a heads up. I am not going to deposit at CW casinos until they remove this processor or the processor corrects the problem. ValDes
Hi Beth and thanks for sharing with us such an important information. Yeah, I've heard CWC were having some issues with their payment processor as of lately but I thought everything was ok now?! Anyway, sincerely believe they will manage to cope with the problem in a timely manner, just as they have always done it before!
RedBlueBird
I'm glad I wasn't the only one having issues! They have been doing really good but lately it's been impossible to get money in there.
