Just registered but there was no bits during the sign up that said Use My Special Offer...it only showed 100% bonus?

Hmmm, that's strange!! According to the instructions I got, you should have been received it upon your registration, after choosing special offer option!

That's the thing...there was no special offer option...only two options which were 100% bonus or no bonus?? Before registering I killed the casino and clicked this link again just incase but still the same. So I had to select 100% bonus offer.
