Big online casino fined for not practicing safer gambling, Can i make a claim ?

Just found out gaming company got fined into millions, for not practicing Safer gambling.

will I have a case to claim as I fall into the category making large deposits with hours?  10k plus 
 

any  decent suggestions accepted. I do understand I lost, no sad feelings

@KL9933 Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Making large deposits and losing all of it doesn't mean you can claim back your losses. This is a normal risk that every gambler faces.

On the other hand, if you have a gambling addiction problem, and have registered at a Responsible Gambling body like Gamstop, for example, then you may have a case to claim back your deposits.
