just curious about bonus funds, i read latest acticle on gaming commision handing out big fines to these ruthless operators but when i asked they just closed my account on willhill but left mr green still opened or vers vesa and slapped on 150 deposit limit and eventully closed that too !

It was bonus money here you deposit say 100 then they give u bonus money to play on certain games only. 100 plus 200 bonus money added had x 50 before cash out I exceeded the limit and won over 20k then suddenly it took all but left 2k I think after I reach restricted amount needed to cash in

I just realize that I been playing on a sister site after being banned from their site. Previously I had planersportsbet.com and after I got banned : Your account has been suspended for security reasons. Please contact Customer Support at [email protected] found nrg.bet I first recognised the platform was so similar but checked their license to see if was planetsportsbet.com it only had rhinobet.com. Which I also had an account. Site is closed now. I went through verification process with exact same details including same email, same driving license used at planetsportbet.com the question is I was informed that I should never have able to open on sisters sites and carried on depositing. Do I have claim ? The head office for both of the site are the same just the license number are different. so please give advice much appreciated
