Hello AskGamblers.

Please advice me on what to do.

At iWild Casino i managed to hit good and won above 4000€., their terms state max 3 withdrawals pending simultaneously and maximum per transaction is 400€. that meaning 1200€ pending simultaneously, but til today and this win happened 26th and the same day i tried withdrawing , only one 400€ withdraw is processed. And then i started a new one.. so to sum up i received 400€. While 2x 400€ pending withdrawals from 26th jan and a new one pending since 29th january.. 

 

What should i do? I tried email IWildcasino about a payment schedule and to cooperate with me and live chat gives the runaround just stating it will shortly be processed.
