Celtic Casino Payout Trouble...

Recommended Posts

Goodmorning All,

Anyone around expierencing trouble with payouts from Celtic Casino lately ?

Playing for years with them , but lately getting more and more delays with payouts.

Talked with support many times , but they constantly blame internal systems for not being able to process my ( Skrill ) withdrawal , it's getting annoying , trying to be diplomatic towards them but on the other hand with my back to the wall...........

Any help would be appreciated , thanks

Hi John and welcome to the forum! :)

Unfortunately, I haven't tried this casino yet and thus could not share any personal experience from this place. But could share with you the way I deal with online casinos. Basically, no matter what happen, I lalways give them a second chance. And if they disappoint me again, I never make a compromise and just walk away, heading straight to my next casino! ;)

I didn't even know they could pay you back out to your card, interesting. I always thought casinos preferred withdrawing to ewallets so it's kind of weird that they only gave you your money to a cc.

Most casinos will pay you using exactly the same method by which you have deposited! Actually not most but 99% of all online casinos! ;)

As an exception of that rule is the case when the deposit method is not listed as a withdrawal method. Then you have the right to choose how to cashout on your own.

O yes , I can confirm just received the payment via Aquablue  on VISA

Must admit that until about 1,5 years ago , i had a history of depositing/withdrawing to this casino with VISA , but on their request started using Skrill.

Why they didn't use it this time ????

Anyway , afterall very descently solved !

because of credit card regional banking issues skrill(money booker) neteller e-wallets are much easier for casinos to accept since most visa and master cards are blocked from any gambling sites......you know how things are these days..

Hello John,

I am sorry your payout was delayed. It would be inappropriate of me to give specifics on your situation. It is important to note that it is not always possible to withdrawal on the same methods you used to deposit. I can give you an example of some cases where this is the case. Also, you can refer to the following page on which methods are available for each withdrawing and depositing.

http://www.askgamblers.com/casino/celtic-casino-review-r4241#cashout-info

Here are some cases where you can not withdraw your funds to. Please keep in mind that this is globally, and not specific to our cashier's ability. This applies to all casinos that correctly identify "gaming related" transactions.

  • MasterCard: As far as I understand, MasterCard has never let players withdraw funds to

their accounts. Typically players who deposit via MasterCard withdraw to their Skrill or Neteller accounts.

  • VISA. Some credit card banks allow it, and others do not. A little more than half the time

we are able to withdraw funds to VISA cards accounts. It really depends on your bank. This usually takes 3-5 business days for them to credit the players accounts. Our cashier processes it within 24 hours, but your bank takes more time to have your funds accessible to your account. We

certainly wish they would be faster. A lot of times players think it's our cashiers that are taking so long when it's the bank.

  • PaySafeCard. Good to deposit, but not possible to have funds sent in to your PaySafeCard. This is also frustrating.
  • MoneyBookers (Skrill). They no longer allow players from France to deposit or withdrawal. This is beyond our control and is universal.

Some players who reside in countries where there has been a staggering increase in fraud require a confirmation that their identity has been confirmed.

Again, I apologize for the delay in sending your withdrawal. If there is anything I can assist you with in the

future please feel free to email me at [email protected].
