game bug in full bonus at del oro casino 👺

hello everyone, this morning I decided to play on a Betsoft machine and in the middle of the bonus game the games stopped strangely this is not the first time at del oro casino. I took all the screenshots and even have the video. I first contacted del oro customer service, they told me that they would check with betsoft and I also contacted betsoft and they told me that they do not communicate with the players that I had to go through the casino ...And since then no news from del oro.. if anyone could help me get my money back

That’s interesting. And you said you opened a complaint with us but it was rejected? Was it about this?
