Problems getting paid from casino

So I wagered £50 on spinyoo on Sunday and got some free spins because of this on the Monday which say winnings from free spins are capped at £25 , which means if I  won £100 off the spins I would get £25 bonus funds then I have to wager that. So I won about £20 off the spins wagered it and won £730 altogether and cashed it out over a few withdrawals. Now they’ve put £25 in my gaming account and said I’m not getting the £730 because of the cap. I’ve read there terms and it says the same thing I’m saying even. Has anyone else has these problems with them?

Hello and welcome to the forum. No unfortunately, this means your winnings are capped at £25, so usually this means that is the max cashout after wagering. But, if you have a screenshot of the terms we can tell for sure which one it is.
