hi all, I have a quick question about free bets.

How long does it normally take for a free bet to be credited once you sign up to a bookmaker and meet the requirements?

Is there ever a delay, and if so how long is the average time it usually takes to get the free bet?

It's kinda difficult to answer your questions without more details, you know. Generally, every single casino has its own terms and conditions about any promotion or bonus, given to its customers. Perhaps if you read the terms of your bonusm you should be able to find the answer you are looking for! If not, just give us some dtails and I will try to take a look at it for you.

If it's a manually credited bonus it depends on how good the casino support team is, really. If they have notoriously slow support you can expect to wait a looooooong time.

I am just asking about free bets in general.

Are they usually given instantly when the criteria are met to receive them or is it delayed?

Is there much a of a difference if the free bet is, e.g:

- A depost bonus
- A free bet once you have bet a certain amount
- A no-loss free bet

I've seen some T&C say it will be credited within 2-3 days. Is that often accurate, have you found that is the case and they will follow the terms and conditions or are free bets usually credited instantly or a few hours after?

Just interested because if the free bet really is offered 2-3 days after, then I'm splitting my time and having to log in to find out when the bet appears.

Usually the bonuses are credited immediately or up to 2 hours at the most! Of course, I speak in general but this is the way the honest and trustworthy online casinos worked. 2-3 days for getting a single bonus seems very strange and totally unacceptable for me! Don't even want to imagine what will be when a payment appears?!

I'm more interested in betting on soccer and NBA, not so much casino player.

Well, to be honest I'm mostly a casino player and not that much keen on sports betting. So, couldn't help you much with this, betsta. But usually there shouldn't be a difference between the offers if they all come from one and the same name. For example, most of the biggest names in the industry (Bet365,Betfair,Ladbrokes,etc) offer to their customers a full range of gambling products - sports betting, casino, games, poker... I have tried Bet365 sports myself and all my bonuses were always credited immediately, but they are really honest and trustworthy brand!

I dabbled in sports betting a while ago and my experience was about the same as it was with casinos. One day maximum. If they take longer than that then I'd use caution.
