Hello and a simple question regarding bonuses / events

Hello everybody, so I've seen there are different exclusive campaigns and bonuses and such in one of the sections.. On the side note - they are created and found by the admins only, correct? No platform would be doing that themselves, and if they wanted to, how would they be able to do so? Just interested..
