TL;DR: I unknowingly created a second account at Winners Casino, deposited €220, completed verification, and was told everything was fine. After hitting a big bonus, I was suddenly locked out and later banned for having duplicate accounts, even though they accepted my deposits. Now, they refuse to pay my winnings, citing an "invalid" account. I've contacted Estonian regulators and am pushing to resolve this, as it feels like a scam.

1. I deposited €20 and asked if everything was fine with my verifications. You confirmed it was all good.
2. I deposited another €200 since everything was green.
3. I remembered I had an old account and tried to withdraw my balance.
4. They blocked me, keeping my money, claiming it's an invalid account. If the account was invalid, the deposits should also be considered invalid.
