Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help. I have a fully verified account with finalcountdown.co. I had a major lucky run & had a balance of £2200 with £500 withdrawl already pending. I’ve just logged back in & my account is empty so I checked the account statement & it said that £2200 had been “taken to system” I’m unsure what this means. Can anyone help or help me on how to get this back & withdrawn please,?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I'm not entirely sure I know what this term means either. So, is the amount shown in your pending withdrawals currently?

@lawallace260290 Did you take a bonus with your deposit to get that win?

If you did, then that may explain why the balance was removed from your account. Please check the Bonus Terms or the T&Cs to be sure.

How much did you deposit? Did you take any deposit bonus?

Was it a no deposit bonus?
