Today I signed up for Coolzino.

I deposited €50 + 50 welcome bonus

I have played €50 in various slots and only have €50 left on my account.

But my wagger process is still €0/€1750

The lady from support doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand.

She said they didn't win anything

I have chat history as an email and photos as proof

She said I should wagger

How am I supposed to gamble if my spins aren't counted??

@tonino234 Have you carefully read the Bonus Terms?

Some casinos have weird terms, like bonus wagering is counted only with real money play, or only with bonus money play, and there are many other possible exclusions too, such as excluded games or Bonus games only.

Later tried again to play the same slot and just before my money was empty my wagger process updated so it was delayed
The Wagger trial was not counted from the beginning

no matter money is gone
