KDANK42 Posted August 22 Share Posted August 22 (edited) I've sent Bovada three emails now over 3 weeks of pictures of my face while holding my ID to get them to verify my account, and every single time I go to the support chat they ask me to send a new one. I've made sure it was the right email I'm sending to. I know an agent added a typo to my birthday and they won't tell me what it is or how to fix it, so they can't use that as a security question. I did put my husband's name as the account name because I thought it was asking for who referred me and I got confused, but I sent a photo of him holding his ID as well. One of the supervisors finally let me withdraw all my money, but he closed the account again too fast and I didn't get to finalize the withdrawal. It feels like they're trying to keep my money and are ignoring my verification photos. They said they'd call me on the phone twice to verify and never did either time. My email is <removed? Hello and welcome to the forum, unfortunately, this casino does not have a great track record. So did your account get verified before the closed it?
