BM.Bet Casino Scam? Or just insanely slow at withdrawals?!

Recommended Posts

I am currently facing an extreme problem withdrawing money from bm.bet. 24 hours ago, I was informed that my withdrawal was being processed. Then I was told there was an "error" and I should be patient. Today, I was asked to press a withdrawal button within my withdrawal history on the bm.bet website to re-enter details for my e-wallet account, which I had already provided on August 5th, the day I requested the withdrawal. This all feels very dubious, and it seems as if the money is being deliberately withheld. If nothing changes, i have to assume that BM.Bet is a complete scam casino that does not process payouts at all. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino. I will gladly post updates, but honestly, I don’t expect to see any of my winnings.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?

FGS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is usually a reliable casino group. Is there a way to contact FGS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS directly to inform them that players are being scammed here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Saint90 and welcome to AskGamblers.

I would advise that you wait a bit untill Teusday to see of they process. As per you message you said you requested the withdraw 24 hours ago. And today is Friday

I had a look at the terms and saw the following terms as per the screenshot below. They will process withdrawals within 3 "Business Days"

Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday that said you requested withdrawal on Thursday, Friday would be 24 hours, Monday - 48 hours and Teusday would be 72 hours (3rd business day). So be patient and update us here on Teusday.

The terms also state - "You agree that you are familiar and consent to the timetable of withdrawing funds" . And that means waiting up to 3 business days.

I hope this clarifies the terms for you

Hey @Fiekie247, i requested my withdrawal on the 05.08.2024 :D. They only told me 24 Hours ago, that my withdrawal is about to be processed. Since then they are stalling and stalling and nothing but stalling.

I have to read mails as seen in the attachments.

Its very hard to explain because everything they ask for is so insanely random. Mail1.thumb.JPG.0e14b93910ff91d1cd64d5599e295cab.JPG

Mail2.thumb.JPG.b793c4e41b67974138db1226954c98bf.JPG

Regarding the "X" Button, (what they are asking for as shown in the screenshot) - it never existed. When i told this to them, they wrote the other mail. Which is strange on its own. I already requested a withdrawal where i had to enter the details of my E-Wallet. And now i have to do it again ? Nonetheless, this "Withdrawal funds Button" is not working either. Whenever i click on it, nothing happens. It leads nowhere. I told them that several times, over hours. Their response was always,

"We have forwarded your request to our department for further review. Our team will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.

If you need any help or have any questions, just give us a shout. We're here for you and happy to assist!"

Why is it not possible for them to enter the "Details" manually ? Why do i need to press a button again in my Balance History to withdraw for real ? And enter details which i already entered. All of this makes no sense at all.

In my opinion they are stalling massively so they dont get exposed to quick so they can steal as much money as possible. I could be wrong and this will be resolved tomorrow, but their responses had been to avoiding and always stalling.

  • Saint90 changed the title to BM.Bet Casino Scam

I also have to be fair in providing updates regarding the case. BM.Bet asked for my bank details today and informed me via email that my withdrawal will definitely be processed. So, I assume the money will be in my Bank account by Monday, or at the latest, by Tuesday. However, it's important to note that this is only the first of 11 withdrawals, so we'll see how the others go. I just thought it would be fair to give an update.WithProcessApproval.thumb.JPG.502ee49f6e7e7573a2fed5d87e339a2f.JPG

  • Saint90 changed the title to BM.Bet Casino 100% Scam! Watchout!

It is now unfortunately confirmed that this casino is a complete scam. My withdrawal request from August 5th, 2024, was canceled due to a "technical error." I was assured via email that the transfer would be processed. I provided all the necessary information required to process my withdrawal.

Scam-Chat-Screenshot.thumb.JPG.c4eb933609b56da3481ede55fa2f4d05.JPG

Now, as you can see in the attached screenshot, I am being informed that my withdrawal request was canceled due to "maintenance work." This strongly reminds me of another casino where I was already scammed out of €2,000: Scatterhall. They claimed exactly the same thing and kept delaying the payout until, in the end, no payout was made.

Just from a logical standpoint: Even if the transfer was somehow canceled, which makes no sense at all, why are they unable to process it manually? Now, I am back at the beginning of the so-called "queue" and have to wait another 4-5 days to be told that my withdrawal is being processed, only to be scammed again.

From this point on, the responsibility also lies with CasinoGuru, as it is becoming obvious that this casino is a complete scam. On Trustpilot alone, three other people have reported the exact same problem as I have. So at least four identical cases are known. I am asking at the very least for a warning to be issued until the pending cases are resolved, and to not give the casino more time to scam people and steal money. I don't think that's too much to ask.

@Saint90  Nope, I don't agree with your statement that it is now CONFIRMED that this casino is a complete scam!

The way I'm seeing it, they may be purposely using delaying tactics and lame excuses to delay making any payments, maybe to many other players as well at the same time. If this is the case, then it shows that this BM Bet Casino does not have sufficient financial funds to operate smoothly, which is actually a common factor to many other unreputable and/or newly launched casinos.

Make a new withdrawal claim and see how it goes from there. It may take many more wasted days in waiting, but only by then can you say the casino is a scam.

Update: The first withdrawal request of 500 Euro has been processed and the money reached me yesterday. Lets see how the other 10 Withdrawal requests goes. I think you could call this a glimpse of hope.

So, are you still calling this casino a complete scam then??? 😜

Update: The 2nd Withdrawal got processed and was credited to my bank account. But even though I am very pleased that it has indeed been confirmed that withdrawals have not only been approved once but multiple times and have actually been paid out, its insane how long it takes for one withdrawal to be processed.

It cannot be expected of me to wait almost 3 months.

Its not possible, as of now, to withdraw more than 500 euro per week, eventhough their limits are 500 per day , 1.500 per week and 5.000 per month.

Any suggestions? Apart from the already openend complaint :D?

I am glad to hear that it went smoothly. I'm not sure there is much we can do, sorry can you remind me what complaint you mean?

@Saint90 As I've said earlier on before, if the casino is lacking sufficient funds to make the required payments on time, then there is nothing that can expedite the payments. Just have to take it at face value and endure the long waits.

@Saint90 I have just checked your complaint and can see the casino are responding which is great, I think all you can do now is just be patient and withdraw as per the terms until you receive it all, I don't think there is anything further we can do.
