Hello everyone, I'm new here and wanted to ask what experiences other players might have had. I made a big profit. This is well over €100,000.

To date, the casino has transferred me €10,000 a month. Every week €5000. On the 1st and usually a week later. Especially since I have to say the week later doesn't always come on time, so I sometimes ask when it will be paid out if it doesn't come on time. Now to my question.

Do you think the casino would pay out more in return, like a tip? Could you ask support this question? According to the terms and conditions, €10,000 per month is possible. Would there be possible consequences if I asked? That they keep the money?

If are a VIP at their casino, then the maximum withdrawal amount would be much bigger, but this would have been stated in their T&C for members to read and know. If you're a normal or basic player, then the maximum allowed withdrawable amount cannot be changed or increased.

Yes, you can always ask this question to their live chat service or their support team and they won't keep your money for no reason either.
