Hi all,

I just wanted to make a small post about the complaints section found here at askgamblers. This is one of the best things I have seen in a long time at any forum. I just read through quite a few complaints and to get the casinos to respond is awesome. I know many casinos that just turn the other cheeck and never replies.

Cool Cat/Cirrus has been in the industry for many years and has gained a reputation that isn't the best as we know, but I would like to say that they stepped up to the plate with trying to take care of their players by paying all winnings in a timely manner. Thanks to Cirrus and Cool Cat for that.

And lastly thanks askgamblers for giving us players a little security knowing you are on top of things and are looking out for us players.

It will be best if never things need to come to a complaint, but if so, indeed AskGamblers.com is one of the best places! :)

 

I will suggest you to read this - it will help you cut the bad emotions to a minimum! ;)

Thanks ValDes. I to am very familiar with the links and info you posted in your post. Being a content writer for 4 years now I know all the ins and outs so to speak on the industry. I have wrote for casino managers, top affiliate sites etc. I know where to play and where not to play ;) IMO research is the best policy on playing at an online casino and hope players receive their winnings with every cashout.

i agree they are very good, never had to make a complaint but reading thru them i know i can get help if i need it. i think i know how to find good casinos so it's not an issue-

 

hey they even give out free money! :D

I'm also very glad and proud of having an opportunity here to help players and when somebody finally receive their money, after some obstacles, it brightens my day :)

 

We try to chase :db: them all until the players get some reply, at least! Unfortunately, complaints can be posted against casinos we don't work with (not having them in our list), so in that case, sometimes they don't even respond! :angry:
