Hello, I play on a site that I did not find SUPRABET License by ANJOUAN GAMING AUTHORITIES

My player account with a balance of 4000 euros was blocked for no reason and I would like to know if anyone knows how to communicate with them
Licensed by ANJOUAN GAMING AUTHORITIES, I don't know if a player has already used one of the casinos of this license and knows how to talk to them

Can you not access the site at all to use their live chat? I can access to the site but i can not log in into my account SUPRABETS blocked my account. 

Many players were treated the same way as me, once their winnings were accumulated, their account was blocked for no apparent reason.

Here is a proof that they dont reply to my mails

I really need your help im LOST

@Nacer17 @cocopop3011  Suprabets Casino is not listed in Askgamblers directory so I don't know if the AGCCS Team can help out or not. Secondly, I've checked their T&C and they do not provide any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider - all disputes and complaints can only be directed to their Customer Support Team / Manager for a ressolution.

Suprabets does not want to reply to my thousand of mails, they re seen and unreplied.

The CS team said they can only help for settlement of bets, deposit no more you have to wait for a reply by mails, and the mails are ignored...

What can i do for my 4000 euros ?

@Nacer17 Looks like your only best choice of action now is to contact the Anjouan Authorities directly yourself, explain to them in detail what is happening, and hopefully they will respond to you. On July 4th my account was blocked and so I wrote to the licensing authorities.
They replied to me on July 6th, I replied by giving all the necessary information so that they could see if it deserved a complaint.
Since July 8th they no longer want to answer, look at the emails but nada

They reply the licensor i mean anjouan gaming.

they said my account is blocked due to method said arbitrage.

I don't even know what you're talking about, give me just evidence they don't want. the licenser took his share of money to come to the casino side, even to give me evidence they don't want
