I can access to the site but i can not log in into my account SUPRABETS blocked my account. Many players were treated the same way as me, once their winnings were accumulated, their account was blocked for no apparent reason. Secondly, I've checked their T&C and they do not provide any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider - all disputes and complaints can only be directed to their Customer Support Team / Manager for a ressolution. The CS team said they can only help for settlement of bets, deposit no more you have to wait for a reply by mails, and the mails are ignored... What can i do for my 4000 euros ? They replied to me on July 6th, I replied by giving all the necessary information so that they could see if it deserved a complaint.
