Hi guys, im new here, so please bear with me, if im not posting in the right group.
10 months or so ago, Betinia.com simply stole my 3000 usd (my winnings on their betting-site). They had been rejecting my proof of address for some reason I still dont understand (plenty of other bookies accepted them without any problems). The thing is that that suddenly texted me, that I could cash out my deposit, but not my winnings, as they didnt accept me as a customer. When I text them and complain, they state the same thing: The case is closed. What can I do? Thanks
