Hi guys - are casino bonuses worth the hassle?

Let me explain a bit: with such silly goals to achieve (deposit 100 - get 200 etc) it can be quite attractive for extra play, however you can't withdraw anything until you fulfill the bonus requirement, which for a given bonus can be 2000. So in reality you have virtually no chance of withdrawing money while playing?

first of all, am I missing something? Secondly, do you believe in trusted review sites such as Casinocanada where you can review the bonus amounts from each casino?
