My complaint is not visible

I am wondering why my complaint about certain online casino is not visible ot their complaint board?

My complaint by askgamblers.com was accepted..

It was actually a review, I am sorry for confusion.. all my complaints are closed and they are from last October or November..

My review in April this year is about SpinBetter casino..
