Fake or not? Online Roulette

Hi,

I did search on the site a little bit but I did not find the subject I was looking for. I hope I am not repeating an already answered topic... anyway, here it goes.

I started playing online roulette 3 years ago and I must admit I did a lot of things wrong, ending up with a massive total loss. Now I am trying to pick up pieces at least a little bit.

One thing that I noticed on some sites is really challenging my confidence in them: When betting on dozens, say I place token on the 1st and 2nd dozen, some site seem to systematically make the ball fall in the 3rd dozen. Now I know that betting on 2/3 dozens does not guarantee I'll win, but 5, 6, 7 times in a row? And often when playing like this? And also, when betting BIG amounts it seems to happen quite often. 

I don't want to look paranoid here but is it possible that some online casinos "protect" themselves against that type of roulette strategy?

I know there is a 64.9% chance of winning on 2 dozens. But what I experiences on some site is far less then that.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately, I have no personal experience roulette, but I guess it all comes down to luck, as with most games.

Which kind of roulette are you  playing?

@Jieff All I can say is that no matter what kind of online games you play at casinos, slots or table games, you should take note that all these games are no longer playing as how they have been originally designed for...meaning, such things as A.I.s are now running the shows...all the shows!

yup.

But even when you think I'll go to a physical casino in that case........I remember a documentary in which an ex employee described his 6 months of training by a specialised team.

They were in a group of 8 and had 4 instructors teaching them where to place your ball and let it end where they expected it from you to land....and people who count cards (HOW THE F*** DO YOU NOTICE THAT!!) gets removed from the casino for cheating them out of money

betting patterns, changing bet sizes and the casino has computers that keep a running count and so if they see you betting according to the count they can then have a talk with you and ask you to play other games or leave the casino.

Hi, I have the same feeling online casinos aren’t being fair.

i have been playing roulette for a few years now, and have my own strategy I play with, I only play at live online U.K. based casino’s either Hippodrome or Grovsvenor.

i have lost quite a bit over the past nine years but in the past 24hrs made me think I am not being paranoid something is definitely going on.

Last night I had 4 spins on hippodrome live I only had £120 to play with,

so I played 1 and 2nd column £10 each column and £1 on the 8 red numbers so £28 so that’s 32 numbers covered of the 37, 

first spin I got number 4 so £30 back for my £28, next spin same bet number 6 lost, so I bet £28 again number 6 came in, so doubled my bet too £20 each column £2 each red on 3rd column number 33 came in so lost so I called it a night.

Tonight I put £56 in my Hippodrome account, same bet as before number 33 came in second bet 0 came in. Both losses on 32 out of 37 numbers. 
 

now the house have an edge but that is seriously rediculous.

i really need to stop online casino and just stick to live sport betting.
