Received a Private Note

Hi, so I submitted a complaint against a casino earlier today but an hour ago I received a Private Note from that casino in my notifications but nothing happens when I click it, can anyone help or tell me if I'm doing something wrong, thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to the forum, do you mean you received a notification on our site?

Did you check your complaint to see if there were any updates?

Same here bro, submitted, got notification but the whole thing is unclickable.

Where did you receive the notification? Can you send me a screenshot of where you are trying to click.

@cocopop3011 sorry for the triple screen but I can't hover and take screenshort of one monitor alone without changing settings so this will have to do

EDIT : I put back my earlier screenshot some replys up which was removed for no reason...it shows the HTML behind it...it's an empty box
