Velvet spin casino how do I file a complaint

Hi  I have a big withdrawal of 2500 at velvet spin casino requested on March 1st. 

Was hoping to get some help  but can't file a complaint against this casino.   They have the same promos as the virtual group and are an inclave site. So amy suggestion s?

It looks like we don't have this casino so you won't be able to open a complaint here. Can you tell us what's happened and we can try and help?

I deposited at velvet spin casino on March 1st .  Took a deposit bonus hit a couple nice spins and  Made playthrough. Only played slots and didn't bet more than 5 bucks so I know I did not break any rules . Requested a  2500 withdrawal on March 1st. I  fully verified throughout the group and have made a verification deposit at every casino in the group which includes Heaps O Wins,  a big candy casino , and digits seven casino. 

I bug chat at least twice a day and have sent hundreds of emails only to get told it's been escalated and rest assured it will be handled asap. 

At this point I've assumed I'll never get paid and may have even cussed em out a few times. But I will never reverse that withdrawal lol

Yeah it sucks . You play and play and play . Finally got some nice spins and make playthrough and the casino doesn't pay. 

My fault though did not do do diligence. I thought since it was a inclave site it was related to the virtual group and I have always been paid by them. 

But apparently it's not related at all
