jenkin1010
I'm new here, (Hi ) and to online gambling. I am totally confused with these bonuses! If I deposit $100 and I get a 100% bonus with 12X wager requirements, does that mean I have to bet $2400 before I can withdraw? If so, what if I lose and haven't met wager requirements? Does it roll over to my next deposit? What if that deposit has a bonus too?! Say I have $100 real money and $100 bonus. I meet wager requirements and want to withdraw $1000. Can I only withdraw $900? Marco
Hi jen, welcome to the boards! You know it can vary from casino to casino so the best person to ask is always a support rep before you claim a bonus. But almost always you get the bonus and have to wager it on both the deposit and bonus. Like you said, 12x on €100 100% would be €2400. If you lose it, the bonus goes away and you don'thave to worry about the WR anymore. i don't know anywhere that keeps the playthrough even if you bust out, but always make sure your account is at €0 before you deposit again. and how much you can cash out? based on casino policy with the bonus. the best bonuses don't have that "maximum cashout limit" and you can take home whatever, but if it has a high percentage or doesnt need a depo then it probably will have a limit. jenkin1010
Thank you so much! I did some more research on here and found the casino I am trying to cashout from is ROGUE:( Sadly, I didn't know about the $0 balance before redepositing. I had redeposited with $1.00 or so still in my account and used another bonus (sticky? apparently) and did so 3 times. I went to make a withdraw, waited on them for 3 weeks, sent in all docs, live chatted 6 times, talked on the phone with them 12 times, and finally after giving them all my bank info they in form me I will actually only receive $250 of my $1000 withdraw. I have learned my lesson!
Greg
Ugh jenkin that sucks let us know if they at least pay you the $250 and definitely stick to places that have a good reputation from now on. This is why they have the casino rankings system on here!
jenkin1010
I just got on my account and it says $670 is approved for O/E withdraw. What is that?! And I wonder how I went from $250 to $670??? The guy I talked to said "You'll only be getting $250, if you want we can just put it back on your account balance." I said no, send it to me. I guess the elusive Financial Dept. saw differently. I hope I actually get this money...
Black Diamond
Good thing you turned down the put it back on your casino balance nonsense. I have no idea what the O/E means (odds are fairly good they don't either). I just wonder why they're only sending you $250. I guess you'd have to look at the bonus that was on your account prior and see if there were any terms to find out if they're really cheating you or not.
