Duelz Casino withholding winnings and blocked me from support

I won a (for me) substantial amount on Duelz casino, but when going to withdraw they put my transaction on pending despite their site saying it would be an instant withdrawal.  I then used their on-site help feature and spoke to a real agent, who suggested it could take up to 24 hours. It has now passed the 24 hours and they have blocked me from contacting them again, and they are ignoring my emails where I am trying to inquire why they're not honouring the win,

 

Can someone point me to some resources on how to get help with this, I would not mind hiring a lawyer as everything they've done is in clear violation of the gaming commission (UK) but honestly wouldn't know where to start

Hello and welcome to the forum. You may be able to use our AskGamblers Casino Complaints but let's gather some more info. When you say they blocked you from contacting them, what do you mean? Do you still have access to your account?
