@cocopop3011 there is currently a 500 character limit for reviews for the what the player liked about a game. That's only enough for about 100 words.

Thanks. Will sort this tomorrow. Looks like we will need to change the contest to align with the new update. Before there was no max words, right?

Yes, that is correct. The requirement was minimum 300 words, no max limit.

Yes our contests are 300 words, but I meant on the review pages themselves. Obviously, if we now have a max words on our review pages, these contests will need updating. I will report back once this happens.

why not change the 500 character cap to 5000 character cap per box. (or 3000 cap)

if we can only write about 100 words (500 characters) per box that doesn't leave us much room to say all we want about a game.

plus I already have 12 game reviews done and ready and those had way over 300 words each.

I am not aware of the update before you mentioned it so I will need to check with the relevant team tomorrow and report back. It is very likely that these contests will be paused until we figure out a new concept. Please feel free to add yout reviews in a shorter format if you want them to be included in this payment cycle. I am aware you already wrote these so I will authorise you to include them in thic cycle (12 reviews)

you were checking the casino reviews, I was testing out the game review section

it's possible the casino reviews don't have a cap of 500 characters only a minimum of 150 characters.

I will check them both now again.

the 500 character cap is only on the game reviews, the casino reviews have no limits.

bonus reviews also have a 500 character cap.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - We are aware of the new update only allowing up to 500 characters on our game reviews. We are currently in the process of changing this to 2,000 characters. This is approximately 330-340 words to align with our paid contest rules.

@Flatzem888 You have permission to submit your 12 reviews with fewer words on this occasion, but moving forward, all further reviews must meet the maximum words once our site is updated. 

Unfortunately, I can't accept any further reviews until the update happens, but we are hoping this will be in a few days.

Our reviews have now been updated which means you can write up to 2000 characters. We will continue our paid reviews from here.

200 characters is a bit too few , 200 characters is like 40 words.
