Slotamba issue

No, Slotamba is owned by NewEra BV. If it's Altacore, then I would have contacted @Flappy_aff1 for assistance.

To use AGCCS to get my account verified has never been my intention, but Slotamba does not allow any withdrawal claim to be made until my account gets verified first. Stupid system!

So my money is always floating in the air, readily accessible for more play, so there may eventually be nothing left for a withdrawal after some time!

@cocopop3011  If AG can organise a contest asap, then I can use my remaining money at Slotamba for that contest...that would be for useful and meaningful for me. Otherwise, I am ready to zero off my balance and close my account at that blardy casino! Yeah...I'm THAT disappointed with Slotamba!

Gamomat games are now back at Slotamba and I've already given my favourite games many spins to see how they would play and pay. The worst affected are Roman Legion, Roman Legion GDN and La Dolce Vita...just too many dead spins and low payouts now. Only Great Warrior is down by a little bit.

Will carry on playing with my remaining balance...am not giving a shiiit about the stupid KYC approval. Once rejected, I know what to do next!

I understand, the but the AGCCS can help you get it verified so it just makes sense to use it if you’re having issues.

I don’t have one planned yet, but if everyone wants to go straight into one I can organise one for next week I guess.

Woohoooo!:D

I hope that also means that my account is now verified! No mention of the verification approval but allowing me to proceed with a withdrawal should mean my account has been verified, hehehe. If this is the case, then I TAKE BACK EVERY NASTY THING I"VE SAID ABOUT SLOTAMBA! :D

withdrawal pending since yesterday, there is no email which I would have liked that said that you made a withdrawal, on the transaction list page, there it shows the pending withdrawal and has a red button for cancel withdrawal. some might get tempted by that, not me. I know some sites won't let you cancel cause of rule changes.

Like I've said before bro, Slotamba do things a bit slowly, unlike other casinos, and they don't even aknowledge receipt of documents or withdrawals. However, they do inform you when your withdrawal has been processed and paid.

It's definitely a feature that I believe needs to be removed from all casinos. We've seen it happen over and over again in the forum over the years haven't we.

chatted with customer support today and I said that its still pending and was told this:

Regarding your withdrawal, I can assure you that our finance team has been informed of your requests and is on the case. Please understand that all of our withdraws are done by hand and there is massive financial traffic at the moment so our colleagues are struggling a little bit to handle all the transactions. However, despite this, I assure you they are doing their best and that your withdrawal will be handled. Please, just give us some more time. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

 

gotta wonder how many players end up hitting that big red cancel withdrawal button after losing patience waiting.
