Grüße. Ich habe mit meinem Mann im Lapalinga Casino gespielt. Wir hatten jeweils ein eigenes Konto, da es ein Verbrechen ist, unter verschiedenen Konten zu spielen. Als alle Dokumente geprüft wurden und alles bestätigt war, habe ich eine Überweisung getätigt. Ich habe Roulette gespielt und 4.000 € ausgezahlt, wobei ich am nächsten Tag erfahren habe, dass der Betrag der ersten Überweisung auf das Konto von 4.000 € zurückgebucht wurde, aber es wurde abgesagt! Die Antworten waren, dass ich durch Betrug an Geld gekommen bin! Ich bitte um eine Antwort

Hello and welcome to the forum. So, I'm guessing they have checked your gaming activity and come to this conclusion. Did they say exactly what fraud has taken place? Can you talk us through your betting patterns please?

@Angel (Andjela).  I cannot really catch what you were saying in your post.

Firstly, it is a crime for both of you to play under one and same account, not as you said 'under different accounts'. Maybe you made a mistake by saying different accounts when you actually meant same account.

Secondly, and most importantly, it is forbidden (at all casinos) to transfer funds from one account to another person's account. All transfers and transactions must be within the same account under your own name only.

If you had tried to transfer 4000 EUR from your account to your husband's account (within same casino), then that is forbidden and prohibited, hence the money was refunded back into your account. This mistake can be considered as FRAUDULENT (a fraud), even though if done unknowingly or unintentionally, as it may have been in your case.
