Db1798
Hey guys, I recently deposited to betUK using a joint account card, but it was in my partners name. We both own the joint account, I can show statements of all the transactions made though my bank statement. I had no issue depositing, I ended up winning close to £1000, I attempted a withdrawal and they prompted verification. They requested a bank statement so I submitted my joint bank account statement with me and my partners name (this was accepted), and then shortly after submitting the card my account was suspended and I received an email explaining they had forfeited my winnings and refunded the initial deposit. After some back and forth they would not allow me to prove that the transaction came out of my account, and came to the final decision. So now I am looking at taking the next step through the ADR. But I'm justing wondering what you guys think? I have read a lot of posts but I haven't seen anything relating to a joint account, was hoping you might be able to give some advice. Cheers! The bank card is in my partners name, we both have our own card but I never thought twice at the time. I would hope that as a company they would understand the situation but in reality its all about increasing their profits.

So, most casinos will not allow you to deposit using a third party card, I would imagine this is in breach of their terms and conditions which leaves you with very few options

I would chat to them and ask if they are willing to accept identification documents of your partner. It’s a very long shot, but we have had cases where this has worked before. I have raised a complaint through IBAS to see if there is anything else that can be done.

But good luck and keep us updated.
