Can I file a dispute against an online casino for suspending my account for no reason other than my chat conversations/suggestions?

@GraceUy  Hi Grace and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunate as it may seem, but casinos do have the right to temporarily suspend or block a player's account, simply on account of the player in question having behaved very badly during the chat , or had used abusive words towards the chat host.

This is usually not a permanent suspension or blockage, so what you can do is to write in an apologising email to the casino's support team, or directly to the manager, admitting that you did indeed had misbehaved in that moment of time.

But if there was something of an issue that you had raised against the casino, but did not get the right responses from them, then there may be a case for you to make a dispute complaint.

Nevertheless, without any deeper info from you regarding this matter, we simply cannot give better advices or suggestions.

Thanks for answering my question really appreciated, I thought my account is suspended coz i can't log in, but today its okay i can play
