Thank you my dear...I do need your assistance here, otherwise my effort and deposit at Flappy would go crappy! If there's a screenshot contest with Flappy soon, that would be very crappy for me too.

From Flappy we consider KYC to be a serious matter and therefore cannot make exception with it for anybody.

Have you READ my earlier comments bro???

I got stuck at the selfie page because the blardy app wouldn't work...kept saying I needed to activate my camera when I already did!!!

Then the support team told me to submit my docs directly to their kyc dept ia email, but the blardy financial manager then replied back and told me to upload my docs at their website instead, despite my explaining why I was submitting my docs via email to the kyc dept! Is the manager stupid???!!! Cannot understand simple English???

Sorry for my harsh words, but I'm damn frustrated with the entire crappy Flappy team!!!

I never was in favour of Altacore and this case made it even more worse! 

I know I need to pass the KYC procedure, but I cannot proceed on to the next page to upload more documents...stuck at that blardy selfie page...so what more can I do??? 🤬😡

Nope! The manager refused to accept it, or did not accept it, don't know which, then asked me to upload my docs at their website instead!

This is the screenshot of that blardy selfie page that cannot go on to the next page, so I simply cannot continue uploading my other docs. Note that I have allowed my camera to be used by the casino specifically but the casino's system somehow cannot understand it. I wasn't using Russian language, or Chinese, or Vietnamese, so why can't their system get it???

Well, I hope @Flappy_aff1 is now getting a better and clearer picture of the issue here. It is not that I am asking for my account to be verified, but it is because I cannot finish uploading my documents at their website, so the kyc procedure cannot be completed.

The other issue is, why can't the kyc/financial dept accept my docs submission via email when I've already told them that I cannot complete the procedure at their website?

I hope he doesn't come back to me with some silly answers! 😜

This selfie business is complete and utter BS! Period.

I remember I had to do this for another Alta Core brand and I decided to leave it. The fact that I am already supplying private and personal documents in terms of verification, now they need a selfie as well. I think its a bit too much.

We would advise you to check for pop-up blocker or some browser/system settings, which could be the reason for you not being able to enable your camera.

However, I'm wondering if a pop-up blocker actually blocks the camera from being activated! Maybe it's the other way around...the pop-up blocker is blocking your selfie app from doing its task!

My pop-up blocker is disabled for most uses, and I think it is also disabled for your casino. Nevertheless, I will give it a recheck.

I've checked and all my settings for your casino are in order...camera is allowed and pop-ups allowed too, so I still say that this issue has nothing to do on my side but yours. Most other users play on their mobile...I don't! I play only on my laptop, so maybe that's why your selfie app works only for mobils users?!
