Wondering if any member know

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, long time no see! I was wondering if any of our beloved members here at Askgamblers, knows the answer to my question. I was wondering why don't MGA licensed casinos allow players to use VPN. I know that it's about casinos having to in order to know if you're playing from an allowed region etc. But does it have anything more? I mean is there any directive or rule for these casinos that have to follow? And what happens if such a casino allows players to use it despite the fact that the terms state that it's forbidden?

Happy to read your answers!

For me, it's very simple bro. Using a VPN to play at casinos is akin to falsifying your info to the casino!

If a casino is restricted for your country, so be it. If a game is restricted for your country, so be it. Trying to get around it is definitely not abiding to the casino's T&Cs and the Licensing Authority Regulations...meaning, you're trying to evade the rules for your own advantage.

Some casinos do allow the use of VPN, but only because they are offshore casinos and don't give 2 hoots about regulations. Just my opinion of course.
